I am in the process of setting up a plant to produce 1000 litres of bio diesel on a daily basis. bio diesel

Hello,

I am looking for setting up a bio diesel manufacturing plant in bangalore
What is cost of plant to produce 1MT to 3MT of bio diesel per day, how much land is required to set up the plant,is there any kind of licence required to produce bio diesel apart from simple registration of company. I also want to know what is the nearest place to bangalore from where i can import Jatropha curcas.

I hope some one can answer these questions.
