best place to start dairy farming

I work in IT company and i am planing to start dairy farm near to my home town in AP close to 120 KM's to Bangalore, near Bangalore agriculture lands are very very costly, to start dairy farming which is best near to city or village/towns.my relatives having land(30acrs) near hill area and transportation is not good,and i can get labors.

what all things i need to consider to start dairy farming.

Land suitable for dairying.

Good soil for fodder cultivation, Water availability, Cheap land having access to some nearby township to sell milk directly to the end user, money earning devices related to dairying, etc. Transport milk to city area for selling. Do maximum mechanization for things like fodder harvesting and milking.

Thanks for your suggestions,however buying land near or surrounding towns in india becomes very very expensive,its vard difficult to get land 3 to 4lks per acre near town 5 to 10kms.

i am thinking initially semi automated dairy farm.
