Best feeds for HF cows?

Please could any one advise the best feeds for HF cows to increase production of milk, what are the best times to feed and how much to feed?

Green fodder requirement for cows is 10% of their body weight. cow requires 40kg of green fodder(in which 30 kgs of cereals as Hybrid napier/maize/jowar and 10 kgs of pulses like Lucerne/cowpea or Stlyosanthes).Dry fodder requirement is 5-6 kg per day.

concentrate of any dairy cattle should contain 15% Digestable crude protein, 70% Total Digestable nutrients, 2500 Kcal Energy per KG, Fiber less than 11%, common salt 1.5%, Dicalcium phosphate (feed grade)1%, Mineral Mixture 1%, Soda bi carb 0.33%, and Bye pass fat 2%. You may fix these variables by using any combination of raw materials and also get least cost formulation by use of linear programing or simplex.
