CAN some one explain what is jav ????
actually ,let me explain .
jav looks like a wheat ,but its not wheat ,
SO WHAT IS IT ??????? IN REALITY?????????
in hindi it is called jav and in gujrati also its called jav ,

BUT IN MARATHI jav means something bad (taboo) .

.................................ANY WAY..........................................

LET`S come to the main TOPIC OF JA`V.
PLZ give the correct explaination and the ENGLISH name of jav.
FOR HEALTH it is very good for blood sugar .

Yes, u r correct, Jav is a Barley.
Also called SATU in Marathi.

Javas is a flaxseed.

What u called something bad (taboo) is not Jav it's a Za...
