Sheep and goat breed

Dear keerthigowda,
bannur is a sheep bread and not goat.It is also called mandya as it is widely distributed in mandya district of karnataka and at the borders of mysore.It is also called as bandur.Its a nice breed to rear,but it gives one kid in a year(390days) whereas goats 4 kids in a year(300days)
