Banana powder manufacturing?

Banana powder is prepared from sound, ripened Fruit, which has been washed, peeled, sorted, trimmed, pureed, drum dried, and then milled to a powder form. The fruit is inspected throughout the entire process to assure a clean wholesome product, which is in complete compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Typical of ripe bananas, with no musty, decayed, or other off flavors. Color: Light tan. Moisture: 4% maximum. Preservatives: No preservatives or additives of any type. 50/80-mesh powder. Packaging: Reinforced cartons of 20 kg net (44.1#), in high polyethylene sealed bags. Storage recommendations: Low moisture banana powder should be stored in a cool, dry atmosphere to remain free flowing. During summer months, it is recommended to be stored under refrigeration, if possible. Reconstitution ratio: Although the end usage will ultimately dictate the correct ratio, generally banana powder requires five (5) parts of water (by weight) to one (1) part of powder to fully reconstitute.
