Banana plant survival

Dear Banana Farming experts,

I have planted about 6000 amrutapani banana at my 10acre land. At initial stages the plantation was very healthy, unfortunately the watchman we employed did not water them well, so the growth was very poor. I have replaced him with a new man during the summer season who done his job well. However, the plants growth has been reduced due to insufficient water and summer heat waves. The plants(50%) height is like 1month old and the color of the leaves are yellowish green.

Will the plants survive and can yield well if we provide urea + Potash and vermi compost periodically in the upcoming mansoon season? Or shall i get rid of all plantation?

Please suggest me.

Many thanks,
Satish
