With a recent ban on export of Mangoes to Europe and Green Chillies to Saudi Arabia etc. Are Indian Producers/ Traders/ Exporters are in a hurry to earn more by compromising on Quality ?

there is a documental evidence on my info on this during Sep' 2013 to APEDA,
wonder what they did.
EU ban based on CODEX
being notified to ministry of Agri, India,
same been followed by UAE, KSA food ministry to APEDA two years ago.l
