Within Karnataka state, but 150 km from Bangalore city, I own 0.7 acre excellent healthy earthworms soil having more clay content, plenty of borewell farmers nearby from whom you can regularly purchase water at low price, this farm-land is excellent for cotton, papaya, pomegranate, citrus fruits, pulses, peanuts, maize, corn, raagi, korale, millets, short term crops.
