Animal Farming- buy back policies

Hello,
There are lot of company offering buy back policies- rabbit, poultry & goat.
i have queries regarding this-
1. whether it is safe or fraud.
2. it is good to go buy back or start stand alone.
3. for begineer, animal farming is easy or challenging.
4. whether animal farmin is riski or not.

Please suggest with your valuable comments...

1. Of course it is safe (But make an agreement and take legal opinion b4 u start)
2. Buy back is good since the price is pre-fixed, irrespective of the market, u r sure of getting fixed money
3. Of course, it is challenging since it is a live unit lot of care is required (But not difficult)
4. Some risks are always associated with any business

Visit few people who r already doing it
