Pls cantac nearest agriculture university,horticulture or KVK for details there they will provide training so u can improve to good standards, Even CFTRI, Mysore is offering training programme pls visit the website. the matture amla is dipped in boiling water for 5 min covered with cotten cloth, then cool it make slice and soak in 40 brix sugar solution (400 gm sugar in 600 ml water) for 24 hr shade dry for 5-6hrr. repete process with 60 brix and 70 brix dry it yr candy is ready.
