Dear Sir,
I am Raja from Tamilnadu planning for new business in aloe Vera
gel,powder Extraction process plant at small scale or medium scale.
My requirements is for consulting and project erection on turnkey basis.
I need quotation for equipment required for aloe Vera extraction process plant.
1. Aloe Leaf washing Unit
2. Aloe Leaf Extractor
3. Juicer
4. Sparkler Filter
5. Nutsche Filter
6. Vacuum System
7. Stirrer
8. Homogenizer.
Other requirement and details
and also for aloe Vera powder plant equipment.
I also need information regarding plant that will extract Aloe Vera As
well as any other herbal plant. which will help me out in scarcity of
aloe Vera leaves Raw materials and my process going on instead of
shutdown.
Do you have technology of super critical fluid extraction process for Aloe Vera.
Is there any new technology for Aloe Vera extraction.
Note: The processing capacity is minimum 1000 Kg of Aloe Vera leaves
per 8 hours. (Minimum 3000kg of Aloe Vera leaves per 24hours). All the
material of construction will be S.S. 304 & non-metallic contact parts
will be of food grade material as per FDA India norms. Or more then
this capacity.
