Greetings.
I am planning to start a Tree Plantation Project on our 2 patches of Land;
Area; 20 Acres
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Water Source; Medium (Rain & Well on Land)
Drip Irrigation will be installed to Automate the process of Watering the trees.
20 Acres Land;
Plantation of Medlia Dubia / Malabar Neem
Target to cut them after 6 years.
If someone can help me with few of my queries;
1) How often does the trees need water!
2) How often does the trees need to be THINNED / PRUNED
3) What are other maintenance costs involved;
>> plant cost per piece (any location in India is ok)
>> Fertilizers
>> vermipost
>> Mortality
>> Salary - if any person need to be hired
4) VERY IMP question:
What would be the weight of 1 tree at age of 6 years!
(considering good soil and properly maintained plantation)
5) How deep the roots penetrate in the land;
just to get an idea; how much deep to plough;
for future cultivation of any other Agri Crop in the land
