Agriculture Land in India

Hi,

Am new to this forum and would like to know if NRI' can buy agriculture land in India ?

From what I know of we can't in Gujarat but is this true for all other states ?

NRIs NOT allowed to buy Agricultural land anywhere in India as per law.
