Comparatively it takes time to find a single builder for large tracts/size of land.

I could see 2-3 interested people, inclined to buy small sizes of land. If you could find 8-10 such people and form a group.., you can sell the lands @ less than 1,00,000/- per acre.

If you really can show 50 acres of land @ <= 1,00,000/- per acre.., within nin no time a group can be formed and land can be purchased. what do you say?
