Agricultural Land required

Myself Rajesh Nawagekar and i'm looking to purchase around 5-10 acres of good agricultural land, with ample water supply throughout the year, proper infrastructure and electricity, etc. My price range is around Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per acre. The land can be either from the outskirts of Maharashtra or the Konkan stretch or Belgaum, etc.
