Agriclinic on leased land .,?

Hello .,

Can any Banking or Nabard or Nodal official of the Task Force can guide me to approach a bank for AGRICLINIC activities on Medicinal crops in Leased land ., some Bank official said that .,there is a sealing to LEASED land .,Is this applicable to AGRICLINIC activities also too ,! Is there is an exemption Kindly give the details here ., so that we can approcah accordingly to the officials.
