Have 20 acres of red soil land, 4 kms from Harur Town, towards Dharmapuri on State Highway, the road is slated for widening ino 4 land road by the Dept. The land is along the road and has 1/4 kms frontage. There is a well but no water due to low depth. Land is almost clean, needs a little bit of cleaning up work with JCB to remove boulders lying around, and cultivation can be started after deepening the well or immersing a bore. The boulders and stones may be used to set up a fence all around the land. There is no power connection as well. If interested send PM to J. Kantharaj
