Nearly 2300 sq. feet covered with buildings used an Godown and Office and 400 sq. feet cattle shelt.(It is with electrification)
COCONUT FIELD:
So far 40 acres brought under coconut cultivation. Nearly 2200 Coconut trees are planted, all the trees are in yielding stage, we get 20,000 to 30,000 coconuts per cutting from june 1988. We have six cuttings per year. Net production per year 1,30,000
PADDY FIELD:
30 acres are now under paddy cultivation, we are raising paddy, under seed farm condition and we are getting average of 2.5 ton per acre. We are getting two crops in a year that means 30 acres yield i.e., total quantity comes to 30 acres 2 times 2.5 tons per acre = 150 tones. Since we are selling the seeds in our brand name we are getting Rs. 18,000/-

MANGO: Two acres – choice varieties planted. Other fruit trees like Sapota, is also there.
VEGETABLEES: we are cultivating high breed vegetables, brinjal, Bhendi and Tomoto are some of the vegetables we are cultivating. So far ten acres are under Vegetable cultivation. We are selling it in the wholesale market.

We have big tank which is a system tank and one of a big tanks in manimuthar first reach, besides manimuthar dam water it also gets rain water from the mountain slopes, once the tank is filled up it gets dried only after eight months, usually it is filled up in the month of January, it has capacity of 8 million cubic feet, apart from this tank we have also one small tank which is also a system tank, besides this tank, we have six open wells. All have electricity connection. We have electric pump set fitted with each well besides diesel motor. All the wells and coconut fields are covered with 4 inches PVC pipe line under ground. We have nearly 8000 feed pvc pipesl. Thus we have sufficient water all the time through out ther year even in worst summer,
