I am looking for agriland.
Where? Villupuram (preferably)/ Cuddalore/ Mailam/ Villianur/ Panruti/ Thirukovilur/Chidambaram/ Tindivanam
Nature of Land? Preferably Tharisu, Would not mind if it is being cultivated now.
Area? 5 Acres to 20 Acres

Brokers? Are absolutely welcome to help. Infact their service is very critical and for some strange reason is under appreciated . Any and everyone is welcome to help.
Why? Not for real estate, for sure.
Want to make my contribution to make the world a better place to live.
Organic, Sustainability, Nature etc are buzz words in my life.
Other requirements? Good water availability is key, preferably with a well, closer to a river, lake, dam or pond etc.
On or around Hills is a plus point
Electricity Service is required.
