Its 35L per acre. You can always bargain. Are you the direct buyer or negotiating for someone.

actually I am the direct buyer i cane to know that due to telengana and andhra issue the land rates in shamirpet have god down and lands are getting sold for 8 lakhs per acre

oops.. You must have got it wrong. Even 10 days before, my neighbour sold around 12 acres at 35L per acre. Earlier it was going around 40L-45L and now it has come down around 15-20% per acre.
