Hi,

We want to buy agricultural land anywhere between Chengalpet to Tiruvannamalai, Tiruvannamalai to Tirukovilur, Gingee to Villupuram. Chennai Vellore, Chennai to Kancheepuram. The land should be on a road and it should be within 5 KMs from the main Roads. The rate should be 2 lacks per acre. No Brokers please.

I accept with you Shajath. The rate can be increased to max of 3 Lakhs, not more than that based on the location. We can engage brokers also.
