Advice for planting Australian teak

Hi,
I have a 2.5 acre farm land in South Goa.I was advised to plant Australian teak which will provide good returns.I would like to know if this is true or is there a better choice.

Acasia mangium(Australian teak)

Yes we will get better yield and good returns by planting the (australian teak) acasia mangium .But kindly opt the Tissue culture mangium saplings for fast growth and better yields.
