Adivasi lands can be brought provided the condition of the grant supports.
These lands assigned free to the adivasi/ adi dravida / scheduled tribes by the government, and hence the government lays certain conditions while granting.
First depressed lands act was passed in 1882. and there after assignment conditions have changing from time to time. In 1936 g.o issued permanent non - alienation to non Sc/st people.Before that 15 or 20 years or 10 years non alienation condition was imposed.It is best to say the conditions imposed at the time of grant is legally valid.
