Add the radiation sensor to the Agriculture sensors kit

Hi,

I'm working on project which's about development an application about smart agriculture and I'm using the Agriculture sensors kit. The kit contains 3 sensors (watermark sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, pressure sensor) but I want to add the radiation sensor to the board. How can I do this ?

Please help.
