About red lady papaya plant

In the forum I came to know that we get 5-6lakhs 8months after cultivating red lady papaya,my question is whether it is 5-6lakhs per annum or every week after 8months of cultivation.

From one acre in one year after bearing you can get 70 - 80 tons of fruits. At Rs. 8/kg, you can get a gross income of 5.6 lakh and expenditure will be Rs. 1 lakh/acre (excluding drip irrigation)
