about plantation of teak

I am from haryana. from where i will get sapling of hybrid teak sapling.what should be the distance between tree to tree and from one row to row..how many year teak plant take to growth fully?wheather climate of haryana is suitable for teak plantation or not. please guide me. I am having a land 14000Sq.ft.

Normally the red sopl is very suitable for teak plantation.The black soil,clay soil,black cotton soil &paddy fields are not suitable for teak cultivation.The recommended and suggested spacing dimension will be as follow as 10'x10',9'x9' &9'x8'.We are having the Tissue culture teak(NC-21) saplings .
