My name is Abhisheksingh, i am from baroda gujarat, recently i am working in pharmaceutical as MR, actually my question is i want to do cowshed of gir cow, and want to open cowshed of gir cow , a pure breed of gujarat(kathiawaar) ,i have land too but have limited cash, and want to open with 5cows , in my farm there is no water Tubevale so all expenses towards me but have limited cash,

Will you please suggest me a good bank that support me in minimum charge of intrest of big amount of loan......

Dear sri Abhishek Singhji,

First of all you have to drill a borewell or a dug well for supply water for animals as well as for irrigating fodder crops for animals. Then you can appraoch near by bank for a dairy loan for purchase of cows and constructin of shed and for creation of infrastructure.

NABARD Subsidy scheme is there for 10 animals but they extend only for cross bred cows like HF and Jersy.

Please think over and inform us for supply of project report and technical guidance.

Dear Abhishek singhji, You can avail dairy loan for cattle shed, bore well and for purchase of 5 cows . The approximate cost may be around 4 Lakhs out of which you are required to meet 1.00 Lakh as margin and the rest of Rs.3.00 Lakhs you can avial loan from commercial or cooperative bank. You are required to offer your property worth Rs.4 Lakhs as security to the loan
Pl confirm your decision and seek project report for submission to the bank.
