7 yr old amla trees not bearing fruits

hi

i have about 500 amla fully grown amla trees in uthirameur, this land was earlier paddy and banana plantation fields.i am using drip irrigation only. what must i do for my trees to bear friuts.

Put fish manure, 0.5 kg per plant when the weather is a bit cold. The plants should start bearing fruits next season.

how many times must i apply jivamritha to the plants and at what frequentency
