What is the PH of the soil ? Is it a compact 60 acre farm ? How much is the cultivable area? What type of crops are grown in near by areas ? Is the entire area fenced ? What is your expectation of lease rental per annum for the entire farm ? What farm machineries are available with you and in what condition ? What about availability of labours ? What are the labour wages prevailing there ? What other infrastructure is available at the farm ?
