Land Required 500 acre agriculture/farm land in Uttarakhand or Uttar Pradesh

I am a person genuinely interested in agriculture/ farming. I will prefer land ideally in Uttarakhand or UP close to the Uttarkhand border. I will be using my savings to buy cheap land that can be cultivated. Can i find land for a price of less than Rs 25,000/ per acre for a good land with water etc? please reply. thank you
