50+ acres of agricultural land required in theni

Dear All,

We require around 50+ acres of agricultural land in theni, preferably in cumbum valley. Land characteristics are as follows

1. Red Soil
2. Suitable for cultivation of banana (G9), horticulture crops, fruits & coconuts
3. Availability of reasonable water sources in and around the property
4. Electric connection would be an added advantage

The intention is to build an full fledged organic farm from a scratch, therefore undeveloped land which meets the above criteria are an advantage

maximum price we are ready to pay is INR 60,000 per acre

latest update, we are ready to consider upto 75000 per acre if the land and facilities are exceptional i.e. land need not be developed however if there is good road access, ample water source (water table, other sources etc) and soil quality for the above mentioned
 

price is very less

Sir The price you have quoted is very less. You will not get even for 4 lakhs/acre in theni district.

We are dealing 50+ Acres of land with 22 acres coconut and remaining cashew
good water. electric service available. another offer: 50+ acres available 20 acres coconut remaining is ordinary agri use
