CMT’s Palm Oil Africa series:
Into its 3rd series this year, CMT is pleased to return to Ghana as the government implements a National Palm Oil Program to improve the industry. This year will expand to Rubber & Cocoa , both exciting crops for Africa with growth potential.
CMT’s 1st Agriworld conference held in Accra was very well attended by over 200 participants. The 2nd Palm Oil Africa conference was brought to Gabon, and supported by Olam. Once again it was a successful event that helped put Gabon on the map as potential palm oil producer.
• Establishing large scale agri-projects to meet Africa’s growing demand for palm oil commodities
• Nigeria upstream and downstream investment opportunities in rubber
• Access to finance, high quality seeds, mechanisation, irrigation, fertilisers, crop protection
• Scaling up small-holder communities and development programs
• Sustainable cocoa program and value-chain activities including downstream processing
