Hi, I am getting mixed quotes from the local's there.
So, I requested for offers here. Any good offer and I will consider the sale.

For Daroji, the villagers say between 12-15 lakhs per acre. Its right next to Daroji Kere , between the kere and Kampli Road. Twice a year paddy.

For Ingaligi , 10 Lakhs plus per acre. It is a mining area. The villagers say , rates will go up as government has acquired land for conversion of hospet bellary highway to 6 lane.

Hence, I request potential buyers to make offers of a price they feel is correct.
