Dear Sir,
Our product is fly ash based complete fermented water soluble manuar fertilizer.
Fertilizer: - cattle manuar to be mixed with fly ash and to be fill in air tight cemented tank up to top level. Our invented live micro organism liquid to be diluted & pour on same. Care to be taken, whole mass must be wetted. Now close the tank, later 10 days you will find odorless & water soluble fertilizer. Filter it through coarse wire mash & pack it. Packing must be suitable to preserve the moisture within bag. Only 1500 kg fertilizer required per hectare.
What happen during process: - Manuar aerobic fermentation takes place first. Temperature increases upto 55o C. manuar fiber & cellulose broke up. Provided live micro organism quantity increased to peak level. After temperature stabilizes (2 days) anaerobic fermentation gets started. Broken cellulose cell breaking started. Plant cell contents i.e. fat, protein, carbohydrate etc also broke up and comes to simple amino acid. Those amino acids react with fly ash mineral metal & convert it in biological complex compound.
Advantage: - 1. Product is prepared from 100% natural gradients through micro biological process & complete nutrition for plants. Little quantity gives high yield.
2. Inorganic mineral metal converted to organic mineral metal has magic effect. Plant herbal & vegetable quality highly improved. Nutritional deficiency caused diseases could not effect. Plant resistance power increased.
