10 hp submersible motors

i have 3 bore well of 800 feet,and getting regular problems in motors to lift water like burst of motor coils,wear of bearings,and cable burning.so,please suggest best 10- 12 HP motors and suitable pumps and how much current and voltage range is needed for min. and max. work

These problems occur when the incoming electricity has erratic variations. Each and every motor will have rated voltage and rated current on the nameplate and the starter should be always smart enough to protect the motor from voltage and current exceeding the rated limits.
