I want to buy agricultural land in Konkan area not more than 5 hrs driving distance from Pune. Land should have min 50% to 100% plain area. Road for car and water feasibilty. expected rate Rs. 25000 to 35000 per acre. Starting with 25 acres initially. upto 500 acres eventually.
