If you are not a farmer then you cannot get a certification in Maharashtra. You will need to buy land from either Tamil Nadu or Rajasthan and then use that certificate to register your land. What is you budget and how big a land are you looking at?

The location looks interesting, but the cost looks very high when compared to the near about localities or the other side near Kolad, Tala etc. Cost with NA is not comparable because this I believe is agri land. As the seller its your right, but is the costing not too high for an acre?
