Stay away from Shivaraj, he is a broker and misleads, most of the lands he shows do not have proper documents, no road access, litigated and he is not a trustworthy person to believe.

Stay away from this guy, he would most often bring lands that are having legal issues or the seller may not have proper documentation for the land he owns. I had a personal interaction with this guy and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. He is not a trustworthy person.
