Have been using boiling water to control weeds in the back yard, anyone tried using this method in larger scale in farms especially around coconut trees? Been trying to control weeds without ruining the soil. Given that the coconut trees are over 20years old, this should not affect them?

Around Pollachi area, the coconut farms are going for around 10 - 15L/Acre. And if you are looking in places near the rivers with year-around water, its even expensive. Just thought i would let you know, Since you mentioned 20-25L
