You must first give an anti-fungal dip to the seeds. Then sow 2 seeds in each sappling bag and water intermittently. Keep in warm shaded place with partial sunlight. After germination, let the sapplings grow to 8 - 10 inches or about 2 months before transplanting them in the farm.

I have a farm land in Badlapur. Since it is devoid of vegetation, lot of grass grows there upto a height of 5 feet. We tried culling it before maturing / flowering but without success. I dont want to use weedicides. Can anyone suggest a remedy to eradicate it ?
