Need guidance in Essential oil extraction/ Curcumin

I am looking to start a new business. I have 2 options in mind.
1. Essential Oil extraction (Jasmine/Rose Absolute).
2. Curcumin extraction from turmeric.

Is there someone who can help me choose the right stuff
and help me out with setting up the plant.
