looking for a new challenge in a mushroom farm as a general manager or a mushroom grower.
I am a 46 years old German citizen.
My experiences in the last 6 years are as follow:
* cultivating different pleurotus spec. from Thailand, Iran, China, Germany and Austria
* cultivating different lentinus edodes cultures from Thailand and China
* cultivating two different ABM cultures from Japan
* testing different substrat materials ( wooden chips, cotton waste, crushed bagasse and molasses wastes from sugar industry, straw and sawdust )
* creating a new substrat for the agaricus brasilensis murrill ( for me the best mushroom in the world ) based on horse manure and composted pleurotus substrat
* always testing new spawn and agar mixtures
* creating mushroom products ( dried, oyster pickeld and mushroom sauces all conserved in twist off glasses )
* marketing of mushrooms and mushroom products
