Hi, I want to buy a fertile farm land for organic farming in Visakhapatnam or Vizianagaram of Andhra Pradesh below 8 lakhs/ Acre and total requirement of 10 Acres. My key conditions are -
1) Clear title, deeds. Ownership should be traceable. Land should be free of disputes.
2) A very good water source (all year round) inside the land. This water source should be available to be used for farming needs. Also, it's preferred that there is a river or alternate water source nearby from which water can be procured. This is important.
3) Good groundwater availability.
4) Rich and fertile soil for seasonal vegetables, fruits. Should not have been exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides.
5) Moderate to cold climate. Hills nearby will be added advantage.
6) Not more than 1.5 hours (max 2 hours) drive from Visakhapatnam.
I don't want the farm on the highway or any main road. But the place should have good and quick access to highways.
