How to cultivate Mushroom in small scale?

I have done Masters in Bioinformatics for Dibrugarh University.I want to open a small scale mushroom farm. As I am new to this field I need all the vital informations regarding mushroom cultivation. What is the minimum cost that I will have to spend for starting the business. Thanks looking forward for the reply.
