Is loan available for drip irrigation and other initial expense ?

I am starting farming on leased land.will any bank provide loan for putting drip and crops initial expenses

No specific loan available for drip irrigation....subsidy is available from NHB.

If You have land in Tamil nadu, state govt is giving subsidy for drip irrigation. Subsidy is a direct one so, only those who own the land will get the benefit, otherwise you should have registered the lease officially to get the amount direct to your account. Only thing just contact the drip manufacturing companilies like ELGI, etc., you need not worry, they will do all the formalities on your behalf.

Loans for agri culture is available only if you have the guarantted returns and colletaral securities, particularly the project approved by NABARD, otherwise if you have influence in bank, sure you will get.

Agirculture is a priority sector, banks have to give some loans and account it, only the problem for banker is proper project report.
