Need advice on land utilization

I have a wasteland of 07 acres in Odisha with irrigation facility. I was wondering how I can do something productive out of this land. Can anyone please suggest what plant should I grow in this land that will yield in a short span of time and will give me a good profit/return on investment?

what is your soil condition,previous crops in that land how much you invest on land now.where is your land location in odisha.what type of irrigation you have.power is available in your land.please send details to ananyaagrotech@yahoo.co.in multi cropping is best for good returns.initial investment low maintenance high income avilable in this system.
