I need consultation/assistance/training for Mushroom cultivation(small scale) in AndhraPradesh.

Looking for training and consultation of Button Mushroom/Oyster/Milky.

Where we can get good quality spawn and how to prepare good compost ?
Which type of mushroom is better to cultivate for more yielding ?
Is there any effect of weather conditions on production at the growing farm ?
