Sandalwood is dependent on other plants for minerals and water, but still needs sunlight to make its own sugars, which is why it has green leaves despite having roots which attach themselves to the roots of other plants. There are so many species of plant which can be parasitised by sandalwood.it takes 10 to 13 yearsbecome hard wood.you have to wait for 30 years for good matured sandalwood yeald production. foe more details and for plants please contact ananyaagrotech@yahoo.co.in
