Hi Bharat,
YOu can erect a greenhouse of 1 acre initially and start crop cultivation. National Horticulture board do provide subsidy for greenhouse erection and cultivation. Please approach the nearest Horticulture department or the Ntional Horticulture board for details.
The cost depends on the type of greenhouse you install. If you are new to greenhouse cultivation, please get some training.

Dear Bharat, Greenhouse construction cost is vary from 30lac to 40 lac. however,50% subsidy available from Horti. department. I am also interested in the same and searching for land either at Kavali or Ongole.

I have 10 acres land,in Andhrapradesh ( Ongole).I am planing to cultivate Green house forming.I need help from regrading forming and any subsidy will get from government .How much it costs.
